On Saturday, 22 October 2022, the Consul-General of Malaysia in Nanning Mr. Azlimi bin Zakaria, hosted a high tea event at Nanning Shangri-la hotel aiming at strengthening networks and friendship with local community, as well as expressing appreciation to the local government agencies and Malaysians living or studying in Guangxi, for their great support and assistance in the past years.
The event was graced with a welcoming speech by the Consul General, followed by a speech by Mr. Song Haijun, Deputy Director General of Guangxi Foreign Affairs Office.
Among those in attendance from the local government agencies were Mr. Zeng Zhong, Deputy Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat, and Mr. Ding Yuanlong, Deputy Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit Secretariat.
