On 08 April 2025, the Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail participated in the Inauguration Ceremony of the Maternal and Child Health Care Branch of Guangxi China - ASEAN Medical Care and Health Preservation Association and Academic Exchange Conference on Maternal and Child Health Care, at Wuxiang Resort in Nanning.
During the event, the Consul General managed to engage with a Malaysian participant Mr. Raymond Loh, who is the Deputy President of the Branch association, where he gained information about the background of the association and the maternal and child health care industry in Guangxi and China.
The event was held to promote the standardization process of the maternal and child health care industry in Guangxi, building a bridge for international exchanges and resource sharing, promoting complementary advantages and improving the overall level of maternal and child health care services in China and ASEAN.
