On 10 September 2024, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail met with Mr. Liang Yiguang, Deputy Secretary-General of China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat, at the Chancery.
The Consul General thanked Mr. Liang for taking his time to join the meeting. He and Mr. Liang held fruitful discussions on matters of common interests. He then re-iterated Malaysia’s commitment to support the CAEXPO and its sideline activities. Both sides also exchanged information on the latest preparation and progress of the upcoming 21st CAEXPO, which is scheduled on 24-28 September 2024 in Nanning.
