In the afternoon of 23 July 2025, the Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail met with Mr. Ji Er’ming, Member of the Leading Party Members’ Group of the Administration for Market Regulation of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (GXAMR), at the Chancery.
During the meeting, the Consul General was briefed by Mr. Ji on the previous and ongoing cooperation and exchanges in standardization between GXAMR and Malaysia, as well as the upcoming 4th China-ASEAN Standardization Cooperation Forum scheduled for 27 August 2025 in Nanning.
The Consul General expressed that Malaysia welcomed Guangxi’s initiatives to strengthen its collaboration with Malaysia across various sectors including industry standardization, with a focus on AI and automotive industry.
