On 25 July 2023, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail welcomed Dr. Wei Zhaohui, Secretary General of China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) Secretariat at the Chancery.
During the meeting, the Consul General was briefed on the latest update of the upcoming 20th CAEXPO, which is scheduled to be held on 16-19 September 2023 in Nanning. He then expressed his support to facilitate the successful convening of the event. Both sides also had a fruitful discussion on the major events to be held during the 20th CAEXPO.
