In the afternoon of 15 May 2025, the Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail participated in a forum on Opportunities and Pathways for Private Enterprises to Enter ASEAN, at Nanning Landmark Hotel.
Co-hosted by Guangxi Federation of Industry and Commerce (FIC) and Henan FIC, the Forum was a part of a training program for local businesses and 60 private entrepreneurs from Henan Province, aiming at deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN through leveraging Guangxi’s geographical location and its close connection with ASEAN.
Also in attendance were Mr. Guan Chaojian, Deputy Chairman of Guangxi FIC, Ms. Li Li, Deputy Chairperson of Henan FIC and officials from ASEAN missions in Nanning and China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone.
