Congratulations to University of Malaya (59th) for climbing eleven places and achieving its best position in the Top 100. Malaysia's five research universities (UM, UPM, UKM, USM & UTM) are now among the world’s top 200. Additionally, four local institutions that made it into the world’s top 550 are Taylor's University, UCSI University, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) and Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
