On 17 October 2024, Vice Consul Ms. Farah Eliza Mansor participated in the 39th National Joint Conference of Provincial, Regional and Municipal Academy of Sciences, at Nanning Howard Johnson CAEXPO Plaza.
The Conference focused on work to advance the integration of technology innovation and industry development. It also serves as a platform to exchange views on joint cultivation of talent. The event included knowledge sharing session on international cooperation of technology innovation, technology transfer, and technology commercialization between different provincial academy of science and ASEAN countries.

The event was graced by H.E. Liao Pinhu, Vice Governor of Guangxi Government who addressed the opening as the Guest of Honour. Also in attendance were senior government officials, representatives from local higher institutions and other 16 provincial academy of sciences in China.
