On 14 October 2023, the Consulate General organized a badminton event on the occasion of the National Sports Day 2023 at Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Centre, with participation from the Consulate General staff and their family members, Malaysian diaspora and students in Nanning.
The National Sports Day or Hari Sukan Negara is a significant event that was introduced in 2015 to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. It also provides a great opportunity for the Consulate General to engage with Malaysian diaspora and students, as well as unite Malaysians living or studying overseas together through sports and physical exercise.
