In the afternoon of 03 February 2026, Consul General Mr. Ahmad Phadil Ismail held a meeting with Mr. Li Jian, President of the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, at the Chancery. The Hospital is the largest public hospital and medical centre in Guangxi.
During the meeting, the Consul General gained an in-depth understanding of the hospital’s specialty in smart medical treatment, medical innovation, and international medical service. Both sides also engaged in discussions on potential areas for future collaboration between both sides, such as sharing expertise to enhance patient care and healthcare efficiency, enhancing collaboration in medical research and development, medical tour and professionals training.
