The Consulate General of Malaysia in Xi’an organised an educational programme with Xi’an Hanova International School on 2 June 2026. The presentation entitled "To Know Malaysia, Is To Love Malaysia", aims to introduce students to Malaysia’s rich diversity, vibrant culture and dynamic sectors such as education, health and tourism.
In her opening remarks, Ms. Farah Rakesh, Consul General of Malaysia in Xi'an, emphasised the significance of education as a means for discovery and cultural understanding. She highlighted Malaysia’s unity in diversity as a key strength and encouraged students to view learning as a lifelong journey that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and leadership. CG Farah inspired students to pursue their dreams with courage and passion, underscoring education as the foundation for building a brighter future.
Dr. Lucas J. Roberts, Principal of Xi’an Hanova International School, also highlighted the importance of fostering global understanding and cultural exchange through educational initiatives.
