Though not being able to have a face-to-face session, this was a good initiative by the Finnish Foreign Ministry. Amb. John also took the opportunity to thank the Foreign Minister for Finland’s reciprocal support for Malaysia’s candidacy to the Human Rights Council 2022-2024. He also took the opportunity to ask about the indigenous community in Finland & how best both countries can share their experiences and challenges in the betterment of all segments of the communities.
