PYT Dato' Blanche Olbery conveyed her condolences on behalf of the Government of Malaysia to the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the passing of HR Mr. Phan Van Khai, the fifth Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 17 March 2018.
