Last weekend, Malaysians in Finland gathered for a vibrant Spring Festival organised by the Malaysian Embassy Helsinki. The event was a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together over delicious food and catch up with each other - and with the Embassy - on the latest affairs, in the same spirit of the recent celebrations of Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha.
Spring is a season of change, new beginnings, and renewal Chargé d'Affaires, Ariff Ali also took the opportunity to share the news that his eventful and rewarding term in Finland will be coming to an end this July.
The celebration was filled with fun and games, and of course, a mouthwatering spread - featuring favourites like fried kway teow, teh tarik, curry laksa, kuih, and more. Special mention to Perwakilan Helsinkii and Street Canteen
Thank you to everyone who joined us - it was a day full of food, fun, and reconnecting with friends, filled with the warmth of home and the blooming energy of spring.
