Had the opportunity this morning to share my experience with colleagues from the Ministry on being an observer to a referendum held in Chechnya in 2003.
This was part of IDFR’s (Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations) programme entitled: Tacit Knowledge Sharing session : Ambassador’s Experiences.
