On 21 May 2018, Mme. Haryany Mohamad, Director of Penang State Museum made her way to the Embassy of Malaysia for a courtesy call on Mr. Mohamad Razdan Jamil, chargé d'affaires, who was accompanied by Mr. Ong Tze Shen, First Secretary. The stint of Mme. Director in France from May to July 2018 is in the framework of a historic programme between France and Malaysia that allows for the exchange of good practices in the field of cultural and heritage management of museology in line with the focus of capacity building in this area. Through this programme, Mme. Director would be attached with Musée national Eugène Delacroix from 14-25 May 2018 before being placed at Galerie Huit Arles from 29 May – 22 June 2018.
