Passport Renewal

APPLICATION OF NEW MALAYSIAN PASSPORT

Applicants must come in person to the Embassy of Malaysia, strictly with an appointment via email. Please refer to the check list below for all the documents required.

Photograph with white back ground is mandatory. You may refer to http://jimlondon.net/photosample for an example. 

Application should be made six (6) months before the expiry date of passport and process takes about 6 weeks.

NOTE: 

1. All original documents must be accompanied by 2 (two) photocopies.
2. Payment of passport fees is accepted by cheque or bank transfer only.
3. We only accept cash for postage fees.

NEWBORN BABY / FIRST TIME

1. Two (2) recent identity passport photos (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm with white background).
2. Borang W or borang H.
3. Foreign Birth Certifcate.
4. Biodata page of the passport of both parents.
5. MyKad of both parents (applicable to Malaysian father or / and mother).
6. Malaysian marriage certificate of parents.
7. Proof of immigration status in France of both parents. 
8. Passport fees: € 27
9. Postage fees to London: € 15 (cash only).

DEPENDANT BELOW 12 YEARS OLD

1. Two (2) recent identity passport photos  (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm with white background).
2. Borang W or borang H or Malaysian birth certificate.
3. Biodata page of the passport of both parents.
4. MyKad of both parents (applicable to Malaysian father or / and mother).
5. Malaysian marriage certificate of parents or divorce certificate and Child Custody order from the Court.
6. Proof of immigration status in France.
7. Passport fees: € 27 
8. Postage fees to London: € 15 (cash only).

DEPENDANT 12-18 YEARS OLD

1. Two (2) recent identity passport photos  (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm with white background).
2. MyKad (without MyKad renewal cannot be processed).
3. Biodata page of passport.
4. MyKad of both parents (applicable to Malaysian father or / and mother).
5. Malaysian marriage certificate of parents or divorce certificate and Child Custody order from the Court.
6. Proof of immigration status in France.
7. Passport fees: € 52 
8. Postage fees to London: € 15 (cash only)

ADULT ABOVE 18 YEARS OLD

1. Two (2) recent identity passport photos (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm with white background)
2. MyKad (without MyKad, renewal cannot be processed)
3. Biodata page of passport.
4. Proof of immigration status in France.
5. Passport fees: € 52.
6. Above 60 years old passport fees: € 27.
7. Postage fees to London: € 15 (cash only).
