PALM OIL PROMOTION AT FOIRE DE PARIS - 6 MAY 2016

 On 6 May 2016, H.E. Dato’ Ibrahim Abdullah, Ambassador of Malaysia to France was invited to partake in the promotion of palm oil at Foire de Paris. Celebrity Chef David Martin was able to be involved in Foire de Paris as he had been invited by the organizers of the event to operate a food truck there. David Martin’s Palm Oil Food Truck is placed prominently near the entrance of Foire de Paris. During the event Chef Martin had cooked food using palm oil in the food truck to promote palm oil directly to French consumers. The Food Truck runs from 29 April to 8 May, 2016.

 

A major annual exhibition event on the Parisian calendar, Foire de Paris focuses on food, culture and lifestyle. The Foire de Paris 2016 runs from Friday 29 April until Sunday 8 May and is open every day from 10 am until 7 pm. The event is located at the Paris Expo exhibition site (Porte de Versailles) in Southwest Paris. The Foire du Paris attracts over 500,000 visitors from across France. It is one of the most high-profile events in France for media and consumers.
