REGISTRATION OF VOTERS
Malaysian citizens in France who wish to register as voters may collect the voters registration form entitled ?Borang A Pendaftaran Pemilih? from the Consular Section of the Embassy of Malaysia in Paris or download the form from the Malaysian Election Commission website at www.spr.gov.my
Kindly note that the registration and completion of form must be witnessed by the Consular Officer of the Embassy.
The completed form could be sent directly to the Election Commission in Malaysia at the following address:-

Alternatively, the Embassy could forward the completed application form itself.
Please be informed that under the Elections Regulations 2002, only the following categories are eligible to vote as absent voters (pemilih tak hadir):
i) civil servants and their spouses who are serving abroad
ii) full time students and their spouses
Other Malaysians living overseas have to return home to exercise their vote.
