On 12 May 2016, H.E. Dato’ Ibrahim Abdullah, Ambassador of Malaysia to France, was invited for a visit to the SAFRAN showroom located at 2, boulevard du Gal Martial Valin, Paris.
During the visit Ambassador was provided with background information on SAFRAN being a leading international high-technology group and a Tier-1 supplier of systems and equipment for aerospace, defence and security. SAFRAN also extended a standing invitation to engage with Malaysian dignitaries when they visit France in the event that the latter would like to explore potential areas of cooperation.
After the breakfast meeting, Ambassador was given a demonstration at the showroom on the advancements made by SAFRAN in the sphere of biometric security measures. It is envisioned that this breakthrough can provide solutions for airport security and e-commerce.
