The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of Malaysia, the Hon. Datuk Seri G Palanivel arrived in Paris on Wednesday, 18 November 2014 to attend the 26th Montreal Protocol and 10th Vienna Convention held at the Unesco headquarters from 17 to 21 November 2014.
