VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The High Commission of Malaysia in London is seeking suitable candidates for the following position at MATRADE London.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Operate official vehicles and assist in transporting officials and guests
• Maintain the fleet by ensuring regular and proper vehicle upkeep
• Keep the Log Book accurate by recording trip details, fuel purchases, and distance travelled
• Update the vehicle inspection book to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Safeguard fuel cards and vehicle keys in optimal condition
• Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other tasks as directed
REQUIREMENTS:
• Eligibility to work in the UK is a prerequisite (applicants must have the right to stay and work in the UK)
• Possess a valid and clean UK driving license
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour when interacting with officials and guests
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
• Physical fitness to carry out duties related to vehicle maintenance and other responsibilities
