EFFECTIVE 24 MAY 2021 UNTIL FURTHER UPDATES: QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS FOR TRAVELERS TO MALAYSIA

Following the Media Statement from Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on 24 May 2021, all travellers to Malaysia from any point of departure (except India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka) will be subject to the 14-day quarantine at designated centers.
 
Travellers whose point(s) of departure are from India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal and Sri Lanka will be subject to the quarantine at designated centers for 21 days.
 
Other existing entry requirements such as visa requirements, PCR testing, and entry approval through MyEntry / MyTravelPass as well as existing conditions for business travellers under the Malaysia Investment Development Agency (MIDA)’s One Stop Center are still in force.
 
This ruling is enforced with immediate effect.
