The Asia Group Meeting for Ambassadors accredited to The Holy See was held on 26 September 2018 at the Embassy of Indonesia to The Holy See. Ms. Clara Soon May Lynn, Charge d'Affaires a.i. of the Embassy of Malaysia to The Holy See participated at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Antonius Agus Sriyono, Ambassador of Indoensia to The Holy See in his capacity as the coordinator for the Asia Group for term 2018/2019.
The Asian Ambassadors had a fruitful discussion on issues related to the promotion of interreligious dialogue, culture and heritage. The Asian Ambassadors also exchanged views on current bilateral and regional issues inculding ways to enhance coordination with The Holy See in the dissemination of information related to current issues involving the Church.
