On 31 March 2026, TYT Ambassador Hendy Assan attended a lecture under the 2026 Kuchlan Lecture Series organised by John Cabot University in collaboration with the Polizia Postale. The event, titled “Cognitive Warfare: Technology Threats Impacting our Cognitive Ability,” brought together experts to explore how emerging technologies are increasingly shaping and potentially manipulating human perception and decision-making.
The discussion featured Dr. Janet Martha Blatny, Special Advisor to NATO’s Chief Scientist, Research Director at the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment (FFI), and Visiting Professor at Imperial College, alongside Professor Anna Maria Giannini, Director of the Psychology Department at Sapienza University of Rome, specializing in psychology, criminology, and defence studies.
