The Honourable Dato' Sri Anifah Aman, Minister of Foreign Affairs paid a courtesy call on His Eminence Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State to Pope Francis on 10 May 2017 during his working visit to Vatican City from 08 - 10 May 2017. This is the maiden visit by Dato' Sri Anifah Aman to The Holy See since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 2011. During the call on Cardinal Parolin, both sides exchanged views on a range of topics covering bilateral relations with a views towards creating peace and stability.
