Ambassador-Designate Westmoreland Palon presented a copy of his Letters of Credence to His Grace Archbishop Edgar Pena Parra, the Substitute for General Affairs of the Secretariat of State of The Holy See at the Vatican on 30 April 2019. The section for General Affairs' task, among others, includes expediting the business concerning the daily service of the Supreme Pontiff and dealing with the embassies accredited to The Holy See.
