YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ong Ka Ting, Malaysia's Special Envoy to the People's Republic of China visited the Embassy of Malaysia to The Holy See on 21 September 2017. He was accompanied by Puan Sri Wendy Ong. This was their first visit to the Embassy since the establishment of the Embassy of Malaysia to The Holy See on 21 March 2016.
Subsequently, both Tan Sri Dato' Seri Ong Ka Ting and Puan Sri Wendy Ong was given a private tour by the Ambassador of Malaysia to The Holy See to the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter's Basilica.
