Malaysian MARA sponsored students organized a Golden Night Appreciation Dinner on 6 May 2017 at the Gold Hall Clubhouse, Prestige Bella Vista, Katupakkam, Chennai. In attendance was Mr Ahmad Fajarazam bin Abdul Jalil, Consul General of Malaysia in Chennai and student leader Mr Muhammad Syahir Mohamad Isa. During the dinner, the students exchanged views and updated on their social welfare and wellbeing as well as their student activities in India.
