The Consul General was invited to deliver a speech at the 25th Cultural and Annual College Day celebration at Ragas Dental College and Hospital in Chennai. The said celebration was held to felicitate students who performed well in their studies as well as to recognize the contribution of the lecturers. The college had a humble beginning in 1989 with 40 undergraduate students now has expanded to 500 undergraduates students and 150 postgraduates students in main stream dental course. There are 15 Malaysian undergraduates pursuing Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
