26 August 2025 :-The Consulate General of Malaysia in Chennai, with the support of MATRADE, Tourism Malaysia, and the Labour Attaché Office, partnered in the GOPIO International Business Council (GIBC) International Business Summit 2025, held from 22–24 August at the Old Port Grounds Exhibition and Trade Centre, Duppuypet, Puducherry.
The summit brought together around 600 entrepreneurs from 30+ countries, featuring 100 stalls showcasing diverse products and services. MSME representatives engaged visitors with presentations on opportunities, while experts led insightful sessions on business prospects across different regions. 68 Malaysian delegates and number of exhibitors took part in three days event.
Malaysia highlighted its business and investment opportunities and promoted Visit Malaysia Year 2026, strengthening ties with India and the global business community.
