TRAVEL ADVISORY ON THE NORTH EAST MONSOON SEASON
IN SOUTH INDIA
The Travel Advisory is issued in the interest of Malaysian Nationals who are travelling to various places affected by the north east monsoon season in parts of southern India, including Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, from 1 December 2016 onwards.
In this regard, all Malaysians residing and travelling to the above areas are advised of the following:
- To take all necessary precautions and be aware of the weather situation at all times; and
- To abide by rules and regulations regarding law and order as imposed by local authorities;
