On 5 April 2025, the High Commission of Malaysia in New Delhi hosted a Hari Raya Aidilfitri Open House in its Multipurpose Hall.
The event, led by H.E. Dato' Muzafar Shah Mustafa, High Commissioner of Malaysia to India, and spouse, YBhg. Datin Najwa Zainal, was a heartwarming celebration of togetherness, attended by over 200 distinguished guests, including members of the ASEAN and foreign diplomatic community, government representatives, business leaders, NGOs, and members of the Malaysian diaspora in New Delhi.
In true Malaysian tradition, the Open House embraced the spirit of unity, fostering camaraderie and friendship across cultures.
The delightful spread of Malaysian cuisine, lovingly prepared by the ladies of PERWAKILAN New Delhi, added a special touch to the occasion, allowing guests to enjoy the rich flavours of Malaysia.
The event was a perfect reflection of Malaysia's warm hospitality, bringing people together and strengthening the bonds of friendship and collaboration among diverse communities, in a foreign setting.
