31 May 2025 — The Embassy of Malaysia in Timor-Leste proudly celebrated Pesta Kaamatan & Hari Gawai at Gia Restaurant!
The celebration was honoured by the presence of YB Tuan M. Kulasegaran V. Murugeson, Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform), Malaysia.
In line with the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, the event also served to promote Malaysia’s rich tourism and cultural heritage — featuring a delicious spread prepared by the Malaysian diaspora, including hinava, ambuyat, ayam pansuh, sambal serai, Sarawak Laksa, bubur pedas, and more!
