On 8 March 2025, the High Commission of Malaysia in New Delhi hosted a special iftar event, bringing together Home-Based Staff (HBS), their families, and the Malaysian diaspora.
Around 70 guests attended the gathering, enjoying a buffet of savoury and delicious Malaysian delicacies skillfully prepared by the talented ladies of PERWAKILAN New Delhi. Tarawih prayers were also held, fostering a sense of togetherness and spiritual reflection of the holy month of Ramadan.
This meaningful event strengthened the bonds of friendship and kinship (silaturahim) and deepened the spirit of unity (ukhwah) among all who attended.
