The second Commercial Negotiation Committee Meeting (CNC) under the ambit of the MoU on Development of Urea Manufacturing Plant was held in New Delhi on 2 April 2018.
Representatives from the High Commission of Malaysia, Office of Special Envoy to India as well as Petronas were present in the meeting.
