Tourism Malaysia New Delhi together with its strategic partners (Ibis KLCC, Pullman Aerocity and Adabi) proudly hosted a Food & Culture Promotion event on 17 February 2025 at Honk Restaurant, Pullman Aerocity Hotel. The event was officiated by H.E. Dato' Muzafar Shah Mustafa, High Commissioner of Malaysia to India.
The event brought together Heads of Mission and representatives from ASEAN Member States, Indian media and social influencers, offering them a taste of Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage and diverse cuisine.
To create an authentic Malaysian experience, experienced Malaysian chefs, a vibrant dance troupe, and tanjak (traditional Malay headgear) demonstrators were specially flown in from Malaysia. Guests indulged in a delightful spread of Malaysian culinary specialities, highlighting the nation’s unique flavours and traditions.
This week-long celebration (from 17 - 23 February) at Pullman Aerocity is open to the public, inviting everyone to savour Malaysia’s world-famous cuisine and experience its warm hospitality, culture, and traditions.
The event is also part of ongoing efforts to promote Malaysia as a premier tourism hub in line with the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign, encouraging travellers to explore Malaysia’s exquisite cuisines, breathtaking destinations, rich heritage, and diverse experiences.
