The Embassy of Malaysia in Tehran organized the EidulAdha 1433 Hijriah gathering at the Ambassador’s Residence recently. More than 50 Malaysians including the HBSs and their families had gathered together to celebrate the momentous event.
Among the guests were the Malaysian football playersunder-18 who participated in the football tournament in Tehran since 16 October 2012. Several accompanying officials from the FAM and MOE were also present. The event began with ‘takbir’ and followed with EidulAdha prayer. The prayer and khutbah were led by First Secretary En. Muhammad Ridzuan Abu Yazid.The guestswere later treated to sumptuous Malaysian traditional cuisine including soto, rendang, nasidagang and satay,to name a few, which were prepared by HBSs and Malaysian residing in Tehran.
