Amb. Sadik met with Mr. Ali Asghar Minaie the DG of IRIB (International Affairs) recently. They broached on the subject of promoting greater collaboration between the media’s in both countries. The Iranian side had proposed to make deeper inroad in the Malaysian film market while at the same time welcomed Malaysian film to be aired in the Iranian TV channels. They also discussed on ways and means to promote greater exchanges between the media houses in both countries. The intent is to increase awareness and promote deeper interest in each other’s culture.
