Y.B. Dato’ Hasan Malek the Deputy Minister of Rural and Regional Development of Malaysia led the Malaysian Delegation to the 5th Regional Policy Dialogue and 18th Regular Meeting of CIRDAP (Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia Pacific) Governing Council in Tehran recently. He was accompanied by Y.Bhg. Dato’ Nursiah Arshad, Deputy Secretary General and several senior officials from the Ministry. The delegation also had official programme in Esfahan. While in Tehran, Y.B. Dato’ Hasan Malek took time off to have dinner with the Malaysian community in Tehran. He expressed satisfaction on the assistance rendered by the Embassy of Malaysia to his delegation. He advised the Malaysian community especially the Malaysian expatriates to continue to play their role as Malaysia’s cultural Ambassador in their own right.
