21 July 2025 – His Excellency Shaharuddin Onn, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Kingdom of Cambodia made a courtesy call on His Excellency Chhay Sinarith, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Missions and Head of the Secretariat of the Commission for Combating Online Scams (CCOS), at the Office of the Council of Ministers, Phnom Penh.
