14 October 2024 | The Embassy of Malaysia, in collaboration with the Ladies Association of the Malaysian Embassy in Phnom Penh (PERWAKILAN), hosted the “Malaysian Cultural Evening” at the Legend Premium Cinema, Olympia Mall.
Her Excellency Phoeurng Sackona, Minister of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia, graced the event as the Guest-of-Honour.
A dance troupe and musicians from Malaysia’s Akademi Seni Budaya dan Warisan Kebangsaan (ASWARA) performed the Makyong, Joget, Zapin and Multicultural dances and dancers from the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts performed the magic Scarf and the Mani Mekhala dances.
