The 17th Annual Meeting of the Council of Directors of the ASEAN – Korean Centre (AKC) was successfully convened on 13 February 2025 at Westin Josun Hotel in Seoul. The Meeting was chaired by Malaysia which was represented by His Excellency Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea. All ASEAN Member States plus the host country were present where the council of Directors deliberated on many issues of mutual concern to the AKC. A Welcoming Reception was also held thereafter. Two days prior to the meeting, the Head of the Development Planning and General Administration Unit (DPGAU) of the AKC briefed Malaysia as the incoming chair on the proceedings of the meeting.
