A special NK Insider Forum titled Cracks in the Regime : The Exodus of North Korea’s Elite and Global Responses was organised by the Human Rights Foundation on 19 December 2024 at Le Meridien Seoul Hotel in Myeondong. The Deputy Chief of Mission represented the Embassy of Malaysia at the said Forum. It was insightful session where the attendees had the opportunity to listen first hand views and experience from a number of North Korean defectors in addition to other players from the European Union and the US.
