On 23 May 2016, MBC Studio had invited five (5) Ambassadors and their officials to visit its facility in the Digital Media City (DMC) in Seoul. The five (5) countries invited were Malaysia, Iran, Myanmar, Romania, Pakistan and Turkey.
The visit was an opportunity for the Embassy to build greater ties with the Korean media. The Ambassadors and officials were welcomed and guided by the President of MBC and Vice President of MBC.
