A special brainstorming session was held between the Organising Committee of the ASEAN SEAmposium 2025 and ASEAN-Korea Centre on 19 March 2025 where both parties examined the details for the programme and brainstormed on ways to improve its overall contents. Both parties, in principle, agreed to co-organise the student-led event which will bring university students for ASEAN Member States, Republic of Korea as well as Timor-Leste to discuss issues of mutual interest. The Malaysian Students’ Association in the Republic of Korea (PPMK) will be the prime mover of this initiative.
