The Embassy together with the Malaysian Association of the Republic of Korea (MARK) and the Malaysian Students Association in the ROK co-hosted a Chinese New Year event on 9 March 2019 at the Embassy’s hall. The event was attended by approximately 150 Malaysians studying and working in the ROK. Under the theme of "Value of Sharing Blessing in the Culture of Giving Ang Pau", the event brought the Malaysian community together and Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of Mr. Shaharuddin Onn delivered his remarks in the event.
