His Excellency Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Malaysia’s Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, attended the commemorative reception of celebrating Timor-Leste’s Accession as the 11th Member of ASEAN at Hotel Novotel Ambassador on 17 November 2025.
His Excellency delivered his congratulatory remarks in the capacity as the ASEAN Chair, extending a warm welcome to Timor-Leste. His speech highlighted the collective aspirations of ASEAN Member States to foster peace, stability, and prosperity across Southeast Asia.
