In conjunction with her visit to Seoul, Dato’ Seri Maimunah Mohd Sharif called on Mr Oh Se-hoon, the Mayor of Seoul at the latter’s office on 11 October 2024. Both parties had a good exchange of views on issues of mutual concern including on the signing of the Friendship Agreement in December 2024 when Mayor Oh undertakes a visit to Kuala Lumpur. As part of the itinerary for the visit to Seoul, Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur also paid a courtesy call on the Ambassador of Malaysia at the Embassy of Malaysia in Seoul.
