On 12 September 2025, H.E. Cecep Herawan, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Republic of Korea, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Korea at the latter’s office in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
The call, conducted in line with established diplomatic protocol following the presentation of credentials of Ambassador Herawan to the President of the Republic of Korea, provided a valuable opportunity for both Ambassadors to exchange pleasantries, discuss ongoing bilateral engagements with the host country, and reaffirm the enduring friendship and cooperation between Malaysia and Indonesia.
Such engagements continue to strengthen diplomatic ties and reflect the mutual commitment of both countries to foster closer collaboration with the Republic of Korea in areas of trade, culture, and regional development.
